Middle UI/UX Designer

International IT project with its own custom white-label products in competitive market and customers around the globe is looking for an accurate and dedicated UI/UX Designer, who loves creating modern, easy-to-use digital experiences. We would be glad to see a creative and proactive team member, who can both tackle existing User Path restraints and prevent possible ones (by sharing and leading the Voice of Customer path). We will also encourage always-ready-to-learn approach in order to assure this person's constant adoption and implementation of industry's best practices.

Job requirements:

• 2+ years of Web & Mobile UI/UX design experience;
• Professional knowledge of design tools and software: Photoshop, Sketch, Lunacy or Figma;
• Wireframing and prototyping experience;
• Previous experience of constructing and maintaining UI-kits and design guidelines;
• Profound understanding of usability principles and techniques, User stories/paths/scenarios;
• Deep understanding of user-oriented design methodologies, modern tendencies of UI, interactive design and latest visual trends;
• Great communication and team work skills;
• Creative thinking and attention to detail;
• Intermediate English.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with mobile applications design;
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
• Direct experience of customer behavior research hypotheses;
• Hand-drawing skills;
• eCommerce background.
