ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our HR Manager was created in order to be responsible for the recruiting, internal relationship, supporting the employer's brand. Over and above, the HR Manager will be participating in all supporting projects and issues of HR Department such as assessment, talent development and training.

 

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring recruitment and selection management
  • Setting goals for internships and probationary periods, controlling executions
  • Brand awareness of employer, creation and maintenance of social networks pages 
  • An internal and external employee's communications system
  • Creating stories and presentations on key projects
  • Organization of internal events for employees
  • Participation in the annual assessment
  • Participation in the development of personnel strategies and procedures in the company
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personnel management, communications with an outsourcing company

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in economics/business/finance/HR
  • From 2 years of experience in the HR sphere
  • Obligated experience in recruiting, onboarding, building employer's brand awareness 
  • Experience in a distribution company will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Ukranian legislation
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Ukrainian (daily oral and written communication in English)

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%
