ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our FEA Manager was created in order to be responsible for the implementation of the import of products, their customs clearance and certification, as well as in the development of tools, reports, materials to support sales to support market growth. In addition, the FEA Manager will be responsible for working with the distributor, to ensure all communications and contract support.

Even though no one directly reports to this role, he is the ganglion between the plant, managerial sales positions, by the customs company and the distributor.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, controlling, planning foreign trade issues, communications with the factory
• Managing of logistics orders from the moment the cargo is ready from the beginning to the end of deliveries along the declared route from China to Ukraine
• The solution to complex situations, communications and control all the way
• Supporting an existing contract with a distributor
• Conducting negotiations and conclusion of new contracts with distributors
• Maintaining certification process company's products by outhouse companies
• Monitoring logistics and settlements issues
• Controlling and supporting the clearance of customs by external Customs companies

Required Qualifications: 

• University degree in economics/business/finance
• Obligated experience in the telecommunications and retail market
• Experience in a distribution company will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs law and export sales documents, business contacts
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Ukrainian (daily oral and written communication in English)

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 20%
