Training Manager

Core Requirements: 

- Experience with creating and structuring trainings

Key Responsibilities: 

- Coordination of the training activities, including but not limited to creating and structuring of the training content and guidelines for Sales people 

- Analysis of training needs and development of new training programs based on specific business needs

- Monitoring and evaluating training program's effectiveness
