Credit Sense develops credit risk algorithms, machine learning web applications and other supporting technologies for the online banking industry. We've created a market proven cloud-based platform that can asses a customer’s credit risk utilizing machine learning and big data analytics to deliver a significant lift in customer portfolio performance.
We invite you, a highly-motivated, result-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in our Kyiv office on a full-time position.
What you will need to do:
- Handle incoming applications and calls
- Communicate with clients over the phone and help them get through the verification process
- Deal with additional customer support requests that come up
- Deny bad applications and finalize the good ones
You are our successful candidate, if you are:
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking); Spanish is a big plus;
- Customer orientated;
- Problem solver;
- Possess good analytical skills is a big plus
- Background in phone customer support is a plus (if you have no experience, we are ready to teach you);
- Attentive to details;
- Team player
