Customer Support Specialist

A vibrant modern E-commerce company is looking for a bright, dedicated and responsible customer support specialist to join our team full time.

We are looking for a self starter who is motivated and eager to grow with us!

We are an ecommerce company selling physical products online in English speaking countries. This job will be full time and remote based. Fluency in English is required.

Our ideal candidates pays close attention to details, is able to learn fast, has an advanced level of English (spoken and written), problem solving approach, has a customer oriented and courteous attitude, and is able to multitask in a friendly and supportive environment.

Customer Service Skills - communicate with customers and provide high level quality support and answers in a timely manner.

Analytical Skills - perform various data entry tasks and administrative services on an as-needed basis.
