CSM (Customer Support / Customer Success Manager)

Required skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role;
• English communication skills in all forms: written, presentations, negotiations;
• Experienced in what it takes to build long-term relationships with customers, while proactively consulting and guiding them through their journey;
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
• A Self-starter and goal-oriented mentality;
• Software-minded, with an ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, and to adapt/shift to an evolving business landscape/ fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate Shoppingfeed customers on all things Shoppingfeed and Channel Selling;
• Go above and beyond to “wow” our customers;
• Influence the way we support our customers and improve our flows to make sure their experience is the best possible;
• Deliver customer's voice to other departments (product teams, BA, R&D) and liaise with them about our users’ needs;
• Consistently contribute enthusiasm, support, and encouragement to other team members.

Shoppingfeed is a successful and powerful E-commerce Multi-Channel selling platform, powered by a team with a passion for e-commerce and problem-solving. You like working as a team and communicating effectively across many departments.
