Yellow Stone is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Portuguese language skills! Our company develops and maintains an online gaming platform. Every year, the company expands, the number of users grows, and the number of employees also increases.
Main requirements :
- high level of language proficiency (written and spoken) — B2 and above;
- fluency in English;
- sensitivity and desire to help others;
- thoroughness, stress resistance, responsibility;
- experience in a call center will be a plus.
Responsibilities :
- communication with users via email, chat (85%) and phone (15%);
- advising clients on issues related to the use of the company’s products;
- resolving disputes and conflicts;
- helping users with some technical issues they may have;
- communication with related departments on certain issues.
