International lawyer (Compliance)

Yellow Stone is looking for a International lawyer!

Yellow Stone is an IT product company that develops effective solutions and tools to promote and support business in the gaming industry.

The company's product is a technological platform for business solutions, built on a modular architecture, which allows us to create new and maintain existing B2B products of our customers with minimal time and resources.

Responsibilities:

• rafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
• development of compliance practices and procedures;
• Identifying any gaps within departmental processes and suggesting changes to the Compliance Officer;
• collaborate with other departments on compliance matters;
• communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;
• assisting in completing ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant experience in Compliance and/or International Law;
• advanced English, German as a plus;
• self-motivation and desire to learn;
• responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
