GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Staffing Solutions Lead Specialist to join our engineering team.

5+ years of experience in the IT industry
Knowledge and experience in recruiting/staffing cycle and processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in managing stakeholders of different seniority
Experience in the coordination of cross-functional initiatives
Proactivity, Leadership, complicated problem solving
Fluent in English (spoken and business writing)
Experience of work with HR databases is a plus
Cross-cultural experience is a plus.
Interest to grow in challenging staffing area
Lead, direct, and control staffing process for assigned delivery units
Understand the clients and business demand of the assigned delivery units, and understand the technical and domain specifics of open roles. Validate the details of the open roles with the Delivery hiring managers, and ensure they are clear and tuned for further processing.
Understand the labor market for the selected roles and be able to advise the best solution for each role. Potential geos of operation are Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Germany, and Sweden, and expanding.
Coordinate Delivery to clarify and organize staffing priorities between various open roles. Ensure the prioritization is transparent and visible to all levels up to senior management.
Manage Recruitment, Resourcing, Learning and Development, and Mobility teams' collaboration to ensure that open roles have a pipeline of candidates from different sources. Ensure that all issues are addressed, escalated, and kept track of. Point of contact for all teams on open roles for selected delivery units.
Participate in company initiatives related to staffing process improvement on the needed basis
