Tech Lead/Architect in Java (IRC162588)

GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Tech Lead/Architect Java to join our engineering team.

A compliance and social security solution which integrates with social and collaboration networks to collect, archive, analyze, and take action on any posts that bear the potential risk to the organization. Another part of the solution allows to search for and identify fake or fraudulent accounts in social networks, identifies suspicious or bot activity against a monitoring account, and gives an ability to take action on the identified threat (block, request take-down, etc.).
This is a Web solution that includes sites, web services, cloud storage, and mobile applications and integrates several third-party solutions.

Requirements:

• Core Technology and Skills  

• 8+ years of experience in Java

• Open-source packages including Hibernate, Spring

• Oracle

• NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB

• Must have experience building high-performance, high-volume system

• Open-source packages including ElasticSearch, Lucene, Hazelcast

• AWS Stack

• Build tools to extract data from a growing list of social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+, using their Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and open source libraries

Desirable Skills:

• Expertise in JavaScript
• Distributive data computing frameworks Spark, Hadoop
• Linux, Bash scripting
• Automated deployment tools: Chef, Puppet
• Mercurial
