GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced HR Operations Lead Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
3-4 years of professional experience in a similar (Lead) position;
Very strong Excel skills;
Experience working in a ticket system structure;
Strong Leadership and Communication skills;
Consultancy skills, specifically analysis and providing solutions;
Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies;
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage operations requests and proactively drive strategic issues;
Excellent mastery of IT tools;
Advanced English, both written and spoken;
Responsibilities:
Coordinating HR Ops Team;
Managing HR ticket system;
Being active within Global HR projects; active member of Global HR team leads;
Own the partnership between the global team and HR Ops function to develop integrated solutions;
Taking part in local HR project;
Management, maintenance, and implementation of the overall employee life-cycle policies, processes, and procedures locally;
Ensuring compliance with updates in the company’s internal tools on topics relevant to the field;
