Project Manager (IRC158937)

GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Project Manager to join our engineering team.

Our client is a leader in data integration and data integrity that enables companies to make timely and informative business decisions amidst the data chaos. 

It is a global company with offices headquarters in Redwood City and R&D offices in France, Germany, and China. Their end users are thought leaders in retail, financial services, consumer products, and business services. They represent some of the biggest and best names including GE Healthcare, Lenovo, Bayer P., and Domino’s.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SW projects management (teams of 10+ people)
• Working experience with US/EU stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Budget management experience
• Experience in hiring people and onboarding people
• Strong people management skills
• Great sense of ownership
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Responsibilities:

• Project management with a headcount of ~40 engineers (Ukraine, Poland).
• Being responsible for delivery quality and service level measurement, financial performance of projects’ portfolio
• Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders.
• People management, career guidance
• Team staffing, hiring, attrition control
