Specialist Administration/ Technical Support, Repair and Construction Specialist (IRC133673)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Specialist Administration/ Technical Support, Repair and Construction Specialist to join its Lviv office.

We are looking for a Specialist Administration / Technical Support, Repair and Construction Specialist to planning, implementation and supervision of repair work in the office and to perform a various of administrative tasks.

You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Requirements:

– technical education bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– experience in repair and construction projects
– knowledge of the design details and technical requirements of construction works and power supply systems
– ability to draft the technical requirements, documentation and project plans;
– high level of written and spoken English (intermediate / upper intermediate level) and Ukrainian;
– excellent computer skills, including a high level of mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google documents
– good time skills, ability to process several tasks simultaneously
– attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– creative mind with the ability to suggest improvement

Responsibilities:

– preparation of places for new consultants
– cooperation with suppliers (including meetings, negotiations)
– planning, implementation and supervision of repair work in the office
– maintaining an office card (internal application)
– create / fill different types of MS Excel spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
– maintenance of a corporate apartment (communication with the landlord, residents; sightseeing visits)
