Performance Engineer (IRC102617)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Performance Engineer to join its Kyiv office.

The Product is a situation management software platform that enables situation planning, response and analysis for the security, safety and emergency markets. By integrating and correlating information from multiple and diverse systems across the organization and coordinating response actions, the Product ensures that everyone in the operational chain knows what is happening and what to do.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or automation
• Fluency in a programming language such as C# or Java
• Experience as a Performance Engineer is a big plus
• Experience with performance testing tools such as Visual Studio Load Tests, JMeter or equivalents
• Strong Skills in analyzing CPU, memory, storage, network, and impact on performance tests
• Experience with SQL DB
• High self-learning ability

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the product development process
• Planning, executing, monitoring, and analyzing the load test results. Identify performance tuning opportunities.
• Development and maintenance of performance code-based testing framework
• Analysis, diagnostics, and identification of bottlenecks by examining all components involved, starting from the front end trough server-side and database
• Produce detailed reports with various KPIs and counters
• Identify real-life usage scenario and gather workload requirements to strategize performance tests based on customer environment and data
