Trainee/Junior Java Developer (IRC86615)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Trainee/Junior Java Developer to join its Kyiv office.

Requirements

• 6 month production coding experience in server side Java
• Strong Java Core knowledge
• Experience using SQL (Oracle)
• Good English knowledge verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with microservices with Docker would be a plus
• Experience with development and CI tools: GIT, Bamboo, Docker
• Expertise building software in an agile development environment
• Good English knowledge verbal and written communication skills
• B.S. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related science required.

Responsibilities

•  Write production-ready code and unit tests that meet both system and business requirements
•  Respond to feature requests, bug reports, performance issues and ad-hoc questions
•  Work collaboratively within the tea, to deliver quality software

•  Perform code reviews and design reviews
