Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT market (Recruiting/Resourcing/Relocation or any other related field);
• Knowledge of Recruiting/HR cycle and processes;
• Knowledge of US work visas types (L1/H1) is a plus;
• Excellent English skills (spoken and business writing);
• Experience building business partnership
• Presentation skills, excellent communication and writing skills
• Drive, proactivity, flexibility and multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and as a team-player

Responsibilities

• Coordinating US relocation program for GL employees from offshore locations (Ukraine, EU, India) - from candidate identification stage till formal on-boarding in US location.
• Supporting the employees throughout visa and relocation process.
• Keeping track on internal candidates' availability for onsite relocation in accordance with business needs;
• Cooperating with Delivery to ensure smooth transition & efficient processing of internal candidates for US-based roles;
• Supporting project ramp-ups and ramp-downs from Resourcing perspective;
• Updating, creation and support of internal Resourcing databases (Excel and Google spreadsheets
• Participating in internal HR activities.
