GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Senior Test Engineer Manual/Automation (C#) to join its Kyiv office.

The client is one of the largest international Healthcare companies with the main development centers in the US and Australia. We are developing an application for the diagnostics and calibration of medical devices used to help people with breathing problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation and manual testing of desktop applications
• Experience with C#
• Experience in test design, preferably with PC applications communicating with peripheral devices
• Experience in preparing test documentation
• Familiarity with deployment tools: Jenkins
• Ability to understand business needs/values against risk and appropriately expend effort on testing
• Agile software development
• Good knowledge of
  - Agile practices
  - test strategies
• Be strong in testing in the scrum team.
  - An interest in quality
  - Looks for value in test early & upstream
  - Push the test mindset of developers (TDD/CI)
  - Look for new practices to introduce
• Upper Intermediate English
• Strong communication skills
• Client-facing experience

Preferences

• Experience with SpecFlow, ability to write tests in BDD - nice to have
• WinAppDriver (using WebDriver protocol) - nice to have

Responsibilities

• Prepare integration and e2e automation tests
• Prepare specifications in SpecFlow using SpecFlow DSL
• Setup test framework and environments
• Preparing all test documentation
• Perform manual testing (limited amount)
• Regression testing
• Demo the product to the client
