Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in C&B/HR field

• Experience in the IT area is a plus

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in social science

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all benefit related processes on the company level

• Coordinate medical insurance and health issues, together with the tender procedure

• Coordinate sport, cultural and engagement programs on the company level

• Coordinate and support financial related programs on the company level

• Coordinate CSR activities on company level

• Maintain and coordinate Rewards & Recognition program on company level

• Prepare and maintain HR related policies and procedure

• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for different stakeholders

• Ensure continuous improvement of C&B Processes

• Participate in global-level HR initiatives
