GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Trainee Recruiter to join its Kharkiv office.

Recruiter's job at GlobalLogic consists of intensive cooperation with internal as well as external customers, communication with candidates keen on various modern technologies and software tools. Every recruiter is entirely involved in direct search and headhunting. Recruiters also participate in pre-sales projects: preparation of market profiles, analytics, expert opinions, and forecasts.

Requirements

• University graduate or last year student able to work full time

• 1 on 1 mentoring from specialist recruiters
• Work as Source with individual Mentor
• Work as autonomous Sourcer
• BaseCamp Hiring
• Involvement into Career Day or any other hiring event
• Structured training program with full recruitment life cycle training
