Junior Visual Designer (IRC77063)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI design of enterprise-class applications
• Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Understanding and following general principles of interaction design
• Ability to translate functional requirements into mockups
• Experience in creation and support symbol libraries
• Extensive experience with Sketch, Adobe CC
• A portfolio that demonstrates visual design thinking across projects and design formats
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English is a must
• Ability to present UI suggestions in a clear and structural manner
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently
• Be able to give and receive feedback

Preferences

• Ability to create animated prototypes
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design modern and elegant UI solutions for enterprise web applications
• Verify the implementation of the provided design materials
• Work in close collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders on the client's side
• Present UI suggestions in a clear and structural manner to stakeholders
• Verify the implementation of the provided design materials
• Provide design solutions with taking into consideration platform limitations and sometimes limited dev resources
• Take part in daily meetings with multinational teams. Be able to understand English with different accents.
• Contribute to the visual design patterns and libraries
