Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of experience within IT industry
• Knowledge of HR and/or recruiting cycle and processes
• Experience of work with HR databases is a plus
• Recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong Intermediate English (spoken and business writing)
• Experience building business partnership
• Presentation skills, excellent communication and writing skills
• Drive, proactivity, flexibility and multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and as a team-player

Responsibilities

• Keeping track on internal candidates' availability and utilization in accordance with the company's needs
• Cooperating with recruiting team & ensuring smooth and sufficient processing of internal candidates
• Collecting, inputting and reporting recruitment/resourcing data and metrics
• Analyzing of upcoming changes on Delivery projects and developing resourcing options
• Keeping database of internal skills and expertise
• Support of incoming contact centre for Talent Aquisition Team
• Updating, creation and support of internal Resourcing databases (Excel and Google spreadsheets)
• Cooperate with Delivery on timely de/allocation of candidates within the company
• Participation in internal HR initiatives
