Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management, 3+ years of technical background in IT
• Experience in close customer communication
• Good practical knowledge of SDLC
• Good practical knowledge of Agile and agile based methodologies
• Experience in establishing/tailoring project process
• Experience in mentoring team leads
• Ability to take responsibility on the project, desicion maker, proactive.

Responsibilities

• To manage and grow the team working on web projects.
• Ensure overall project status is on track
• Ensure quality of delivery is on expected level
• Keep teams' performance on expected level
• Ensure communication with the customer is effective and transparent 
• Make sure all reports are regular/timely and compliant
• Participate in staffing process
• Take part in interviews for key roles
