Responsibilities:
Test software functionality and work with our software development team to fix any problems discovered
Provide email and phone support to clients that use our software
Create a positive experience for our partners with a professional approach to answering their inquiries
Obtain feedback from users, research, evaluate, and recommend new ideas for enhancing our software solutions
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Attention to detail is a must.

Quick learner with excellent comprehension skills
Prior experience with customer support and software testing desirable
