Legal intern

"ADM UKRAINE" LLC is looking for Legal intern to join our Legal team in Kyiv office.

Employment for 6 months period,  no contract extending 

Expectations:

• Students in Law starting with the 2nd year 
• Pro-active, open-minded attitude towards work
• Responsibility, attention to details
• Fluent Ukrainian and English

Main responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Drafting corporate documents and powers of attorney, helping with corporate archives
• Various tasks related to notarial and registration activities
