Trainee/Junior Analyst

Areas of Responsibility

• Elicitating, analysing and formalizing business requirements, transforming them into requirements for development
• Analysing current project documentation
• Communication with stakeholders – developers, test engineers, customers, end users
• Preparing instructions, user guides, holding presentations
• Coordinating project activities, inserting and tracking team tasks in the TFS

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience as a business analyst
• Knowledge / skills in applying various methodologies and notations in requirements analyses (prototyping, questioning, polling, brainstorming, etc.)
• Experience of eliciting, analysing and formalizing business requirements
• Ability to analyze project documentation and remember large amount of information
• Understanding of SDLC and the analyst’s place in this process
• Good communicative and organizational skills, literacy
• Leadership abilities, positive thinking, proactivity
• Good level of English (mostly written)

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of and experience in using visual modeling tools (UML/BPMN)
• Ability to analyse and formalize non-functional requirements (UX/UI)
• Knowledge of and experience in using prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
• Understanding the databases structure, knowledge of SQL
• Experience in software testing
• Experience in TFS using
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Understanding of calculation systems, application integration process
