Senior Accountant / Tax Specialist

Infopulse Ukraine is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Senior Accountant / Tax Specialist at our Kyiv office.

We offer an opportunity to cooperate in professional and challenging environment in telecommunications sector, and to join BICS team on both national and international levels.

Areas of Responsibility

A prospective specialist will act as a contact person for audit and tax matters.

Accounting & Reporting

• Perform monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate figures in financial statements
• Follow accounting norms and regulations in compliance with  IFRS.
• Deliver timely and accurate information to ensure preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements

Tax

• Perform follow up on tax declarations to ensure they are timely filled
• Provide advice on international taxation and monitor all foreign taxes
• Deliver timely reliable financial information related to taxes to BICS management, provide advice on tax topics and proactively participate in tax planning

Treasury

• Act as back-up or support when necessary (payments, creation/closure of bank accounts, follow-up on treasury mailbox, etc.)

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or taxation
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Еxperience of collaboration in an international environment
• Good IT skills (SAP knowledge is viewed as a plus)
• A good team player, who is able to perform independently as well
• Fluent English, knowledge of Dutch or French is viewed as a plus.
