Infopulse welcomes a talented Junior IT Support Engineer to join our ITOPS team providing services to our customer.
Areas of Responsibility
- Front line support of European customers via phone, email, IM
- ITSM tickets handling and dispatching
- Infrastructure monitoring and reaction according to the documentation
- Solving incidents in IT area: performing basic troubleshooting and event correction according to the defined procedures.
- Prioritizing and escalating incidents (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
- Working shifts (24/7 customer support)
Qualifications
- Good experience with monitoring and logging systems (Nagios, Cacti, GrayLog)
- Basic experience with Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, 365 and Windows 10 OS
- Familiarity with network (TCP\IP basis)
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL or alternative frameworks
- Experience operating in a ticketing system like JIRA
- Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking
- Customer and service oriented behaviors in every day work interactions
- Flexible and stress-resistant.
