SAP Business Analyst

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a SAP Business Analyst.

Qualifications

•  Minimum 5-year experience in product life cycle management, including design, implementation, build/configuration and support in SAP ERP environment. 
• Extensive SAP ERP Order to Cash knowledge. Proven track record of project implementation of SAP SD module is a must. Knowing extension modules like customer service and warranty management are plus points.
• Experience involving in planning, designing, implementing and testing end to end solutions in an international environment. 
• Good product based domain knowledge (e-commerce, product life cycle, sales, logistics, after market service). 
• Integration scenarios experience (SAP to non-SAP) using interfaces such as IDocs, RFC, SOAP, REST, etc.
•  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Strong project management skills, ideally in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools and processes. (User Stories, Use Cases etc.)
• Good command of English 
• Ability to understand business context and processes. 
• Strong analytical agility; ability to switch effortlessly between business and technical terminology 
• Good in explaining technical information to non-technical people.
• Ability to work in teams internationally (majority of team members sitting in Kuala Lumpur) and good interpersonal skills. 
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Open to provide and receive feedback. 
• End to end mindset, ability to monitor the progress and take corrective actions

Areas of Resposibility

•  Gathering requirements from the business stakeholders, working with stakeholders and development team to prioritize initiatives and build product road maps
• Establish, document, mature agile product owner discipline, tools and process 
• Performing product validations to ensure deployed software meets defined acceptance criteria, and overall stakeholder expectations
• Responsible for customizing SAP and non-SAP systems in the team solution portfolio based on the value / impact, which will be created. 
• Providing general support for assigned products; manage the most complex system problem, work stakeholders and technical staff to perform effective root-cause analysis.
