Voice Market Support Specialist

Infopulse Ukraine is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Voice Market Support Specialist in our Kyiv office.

We offer the opportunity to cooperate in professional and challenging environment in telecommunications sector, and to join BICS team on both national and international levels.

Areas of Responsibility

• Monitoring of incoming voice traffic from the key customers on daily/monthly basis
• Tracing traffic cannibalization on the biggest destinations and timely communication to the responsible market manager
• Voice traffic loss analysis, providing consequent recommendations for traffic winback sources
• Supporting Voice Market Managers with monthly traffic evolution analysis and reporting per respective market
• Preparing evolution analysis of the key business indicators, such as traffic volumes, direct and unit margin, prices and costs, and making recommendations on how to improve them
• Act as a back-up of Voice Market assistants when they are off
• Assist the Voice Market Manager for adhoc specific tasks (such as reports, data analysis, routing requirements, etc.)

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and well-structured thinking
• Good English level to communicate with internal clients
• Good knowledge of Excel, rigorous with figures
• Experience in Telecom or IT area would be an advantage
• Easy with technology, tools, and applications
• Experience of working in an international environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Eager to learn and to take initiative
• A team player with a positive attitude.
