Middle/senior .net developer

Infopulse is inviting talented professionals to join our growing team as Middle/Senior .NET Developer. Our customer Eye-Share is a Norwegian product company implementing the electronic invoicing platform for medium and large businesses with a lot of integrations with 3rd party ERP and CRM systems.

As the Customer Care team expands, we need a new expert to achieve the solution of level 2 support tickets for our customers. Our customer base is constantly growing on the eye-share application new platform. The major portion of our tickets are 2nd level support because of our customers' needs and change order requests. Our customers need us to make their solution more efficient and in accordance to their internal processes.  Customer Care covers the whole lifecycle of the incoming invoices: from receiving, automated interpretation, account coding, approval workflow, transferring data to the ERP system for payments to the vendors. Our goal is to solve more tickets faster to improve our Customer satisfaction level.

Areas of Responsibility

• Designing and developing highly modular and extensible object-oriented code
• Building a high-quality code while adhering to industry standard coding practices
• Taking part in requirements analysis and code refactoring
• Solving 2nd level tickets reported by our customers in our ticket system
• Debugging eye-share application both on client and server side
• Debugging integration between eye-share application and the customer's ERP system
• Developing change order requests in eye-share application
• Upgrading the customer's Eye-Share application (hotfix, service pack and main version releases)
• Dealing with incoming invoice interpretation maintenance and automation

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in .NET Framework , .NET Core
• Strong skills in Object Oriented concepts in software design
• Performance optimization
• Expertise in full cycle of development processes, SCRUM
• Ability to leverage the quality level with code reviews
• Ability to form POC introducing technical approaches
• Customer service experience
• Integration/Unit testing experience
• Technological stack:

Will be an advantage

• External systems integration experience (Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV/D365FO/D365BC, SAP, SAP BO, ShipNet, Visma Business/Global/.NET) would be a huge plus
• Expertise using code inspection tools, such as SonarQube
• Containerizing expertise
• Experience using profiling tools, such as Stackify.
