Trainee Engineer for IT helpdesk (8452)

We are looking for a Trainee Engineer for IT helpdesk (8452) operation group. IT Engineer is going to support employees' workplaces in a large company.

Responsibilities:

To be a part of the team, which provides full cycle of IT support of employees' workplaces;

Workplaces' preparation (installation of operating systems (Windows 8-10, Linux, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 2013 - 2016, configuration of software), maintenance of hardware, solution of a wide range of incidents and problems.

Requirements:

Good level of knowledge in installing, configuring, addressing incidents connected with desktop operating systems Windows, Linux, Mac OS.

Solid understanding of installation and basic configuration of the solution of incidents involving a wide range of software.

Knowledge of setting up and changing hardware configurations, workstations and laptops

Knowledge of operations of Ethernet networks.

Responsibility and stress resistance.

Good communication skills (written and oral).

Will be an advantage: 

English - pre-intermediate
