Delivery manager

Infopulse invites talented professionals to work as a Delivery Manager for our internal projects at our Kyiv office.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented Delivery Manager with strong commitment to success to become a part of our team.

Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage and coordinate work of the team responsible for projects delivery
• Perform projects estimation, continuous risk assessment and reporting
• Build and maintain business relationship with client's managers responsible for the same projects
• Participate in business proposal and other related documentation preparation
• Improve internal communication and management processes within projects
• Organize implementation of robust engineering processes in the project team.

Successful candidates should have the following competencies / skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of technical project management experience
• Experience with web technology stacks and platforms will be an asset
• Experience in Business Systems implementation (Service Desk, ERP, CRM) will be advantage
• Experience in all project stages: from initiation to closure and maintenance
• Experience in requirements analysis, writing business proposals and specifications.
• Strong analytical, testing and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of software development processes (Scrum, Agile) will be an asset
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
