    Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our project and to work as an International Collection Specialist for our respectful client BICS in our Kyiv office.

     

    As an International Collection Specialist you will carry out collections services to agree payments with customers, follow up and collect slow payers by phone or email in order to maximize cash flow and manage credit risks and overdue balances. In addition, you will ensure the accuracy of customer balances and take all necessary actions to collect amounts to meet the due date.

     

    Areas of Responsibility

    • Report to the Regional Collection Manager
    • Ensure the timely cash collection to reduce DSO & DPO delta
    • Handle the Operator balance in SAP and prepaid balance (Topas) if applicable
    • Support reduction of revenue disputes, payment allocations, operator overviews
    • Review any exposure on Operators by supporting the credit risk colleagues
    • Guarantee that all collection activities are under control, including sending & receiving netting documents in accordance with contractual agreed terms
    • Track, escalate overdues and any deviating behaviors to the Regional collection Manager
    • Ensure timely allocation of payments and provide control over any netting/ remittance details
    • Ensure preparation and follow up of weekly Sales Calls, escalating key issues
    • Ensure that all escalation documents are prepared according to Executive standard
    • Be a key contact person for Operators as well as for internal colleagues to ensure daily cash flow optimization goals
    • Maintain weekly operational reports on analytics, sales calls and ad hoc management to report to the Collection Manager

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (Finance or Economics is preferable)
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
    • Solid negotiation skills, ability to communicate well with other departments
    • Ability to act with integrity and have a global mindset
    • Knowledge of any other language will be an asset.
