Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Kyiv or Lviv. His/her mission will be to grow customer portfolio while promoting Konica Minolta's products and services according to business strategy and commercial plan.

Responsibilities

  • Active search and acquisition of new B2B customers
  • Expansion of customer portfolio and keeping it up to date
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify, collect and analyse existing customers' needs and promote additional services
  • Search, test and develop new sources for sales opportunities
  • Preparation and conclusion of contracts with clients
  • Follow the customer throughout the whole sales process
  • Control of receivables of the customers
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Keeping CRM data updated according to internal rules and guidelines

Candidate profile

  • A university degree
  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • Experience of work in integrator company, IT companies, etc. (sales of software solution/IP network)
  • Proven experience in negotiation with C-level executives of large enterprises
  • Deep IT knowledge with a focus on software solutions and business applications?
  • Experience in selling corporate systems like ERP, CRM, ECM etc. will be a plus
  • Deep knowledge of IT trends
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Project management and business administration skills
  • Deep understanding and experience in using Social Selling approaches
  • Good at paperwork
  • Well-disciplined CRM user, proficient user of Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, English is on Upper Intermediate level and above
  • Driving licence (B) and min. 3 years of driving experience
