We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Account Manager ...

Your Tasks:

• You act as key point of contact and manage relationships with several bus partners on the Ukrainian market
• You support the planning, preparation, acquisition and implementation of Ukrainian bus partner relationships including coordinating requirements and drawing up contracts
• You are responsible for monitoring the bus partner onboarding process until our green buses are on the road
• You manage schedule changes for various seasons, propose new contract lines, and conduct regular quality reporting
• You react to any changes by amending contracts and dealing with operational issues
• You monitor and provide the bus partners with feedback around line performance
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Ukraine that will turn into a long-lasting success
• You report to the Business Development Manager and support them on a variety of topics

Your profile

• You studied transport / logistics or business related studies
• You have previous work experience of at least 1-2 year in a similar capacity
• You are analytical - you feel comfortable using Excel
• You are able to present your thoughts in a clear and professional way (both using PowerPoint and verbally).
• You feel comfortable managing stakeholder relationships - you are not afraid of picking up the phone and making things happen
• You are interested in the world of transport and are excited to join a game changing company
• You speak fluent Ukranian, a good level of English, any other language is a plus
