Региональный менеджер

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics or business;
• Proven work experience as a business development manager, recruiter or equivalent position (letters of recommendation from previous employers will be an advantage);
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Your management skills are outside of this world.
• Significant experience in technical recruiting.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager is fully responsible for the implementation of our vision of development and the creation of a representative office of Corner Case Technologies in Ukraine, helping us to open a branch at the local level and create a strong development team.

• You have to deal with the selection of personnel. You will oversee the search and selection of qualified developers, make recommendations regarding promotion, disciplinary measures and dismissal of personnel in agreement with the leaders and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; ensure timely filling of key positions
• You must understand the specifics of preparing documents (including, but not limited to labor, civil law contracts, lease contracts, etc.)
• Track, evaluate and report regularly to managers, providing timely updates on all situational and talent achievements.
