We also carry out IT-integration and help our clients to organize a modern IT-infrastructure in their offices and increase work productivity.

Our head office is located in Germany and branches are in Poland and Ukraine. At the moment we are looking for a Business Analyst to Kyiv office.

As part of our team, you will perform the following tasks:

• Regular interaction with representatives of the customer, users. Identification of needs and collection of customer requirements.
• Analysis of existing IT processes, provision of proposals for optimization, communication with process participants.
• Creating of BRD / SRS / UC for requirements and describing the impact on existing requirements.
• Support development and QA team in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests.
• Creating instructions to the developed/changed functionality.
• Providing methodological support to IT departments.

For the successful completion of tasks, it is important to have:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis.
• Knowledge of methods and tools for requirements specification on a different level of detail.
• Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• English — Intermediate+ level (communication with partners from around the world).

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• PMI / IPMA certifications.

У складі нашої команди ви виконуватимете такі завдання:

• Регулярна взаємодія з представниками замовника, користувачами. Виявлення потреб і збір вимог клієнтів.Аналіз існуючих ІТ процесів, надання пропозицій щодо оптимізації, спілкування з учасниками процесу.Створення BRD / SRS / UC для вимог і опис впливу на існуючі вимоги.
• Підтримуйте команду розробки та контролю якості у роз’ясненні вимог і керуйте запитами на зміни.
• Створення інструкцій до розробленого/зміненого функціоналу.Надання методичного супроводу ІТ-підрозділів.

Для успішного виконання завдань важливо мати:

• Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді не менше 1 року.Знання методів та інструментів бізнес-аналізу.
• Знання методів та інструментів для специфікації вимог на різному рівні деталізації.
• Досвід моделювання через BPMN, UML.
• Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення.
• Англійська — рівень Intermediate+ (спілкування з партнерами з усього світу).

Буде плюсом:

• Знання ERP систем.Сертифікати PMI / IPMA.
