Middle Software Developer (C# .Net WinForms)

Description

ABONA Deutschland GmbH, a system integration and software development company from Bruchsal, Germany, is looking for Middle Software Developer for their software development team on a full-time basis in a new office in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Senior Software Developer manages all aspects of the defined development process and act as a technical leader for other developers. You will design, customize, maintain and develop new solutions to meet requirements. After several weeks of the onboarding and proving your skills working in our headquarter in Germany, you will be responsible to form a software engineering team to develop the ABONA ERP software in our Ukrainian office.

Duties

• Development of the ABONA ERP system (logistic sector software) and its modules

• Technical team leadership of software developers delivering high-quality software solution in desktop (Microsoft Windows Forms) and mobile (Android, iOS) environments

• Keep constant contact with our development headquarter in Germany

Requirements (be brave to apply even if you matched on a part of it)

• Strong experience in C#, .Net (Core) framework and T-SQL for MS SQL Server (5+ years)

• Experience with graphics / image recognition 

• Strong understanding of software engineering processes and agile frameworks (Scrum)

• Experience in software design and development of large-scale information systems (ERP) with distributed databases and clusters for large amounts of the dataset

• Experience in full-stack web development

• Experience with DevExpress WinForms components using XPO

• Experience in the Xamarin or similar framework for mobile development (Android, iOS)

• Experience in the WinForms front-end to build user-friendly software

• Good understanding of popular software design patterns

• Good technical leadership, mentoring and communication skills

• Upper-Intermediate or advanced English (strong verbal technical communications), fluent Ukrainian and Russian

Nice to have

• Understanding of ERP software and processes in logistics companies

• Experience implementing geolocation via GPS (e.g. GPS locations of trucks)

• Experience in cloud computing (VMware, Google Compute Engine, Amazon EC2, etc.)

• Experience with Entity Framework, Redis

• Experience in the usage of the Git and Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence etc.)

• Microsoft certifications (MCP etc.) will be an advantage

• Knowledge of German will be an advantage

• Flexible work schedule and casual dress code, working hours are oriented to CET (09:00 - 18:00), сasual overtimes are possible with additional compensation
