Main responsibilities:

• Full finance management support of the construction project;
• Finance planning, management and financial accounting and reporting;
• Supervision of accounting department;
• Participation in tender processes and negotiations with suppliers;
• Control over cash flows;
• Preparing and provision of documents to financial institutions in respect of loan financing;
• Development and control of project financial KPI
• Approval of all agreements with contractors;
• Reporting to the management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance;
• Experience in Construction and Development more than 2 years;
• English level - no less than upper intermediate;
• Attentiveness, systematic, clear record keeping;
• Focus on results, high performance;
