Junior Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Junior Account Manager (English speaking) to join our Business Development team and help us strengthen our partner network. We are launching a new business and you are having an opportunity to start a Business Development team and then to take the lead of this department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term relationships with partners; 
• Search new partners from various locations;
• Work closely with analytical and product teams to implement the solutions needed to achieve product goals;
• Analyze the partner's feedback and prepare recommendations for project improvement;
• Track analytics to make decisions about partner's performance.

Key qualifications of ideal candidate:

• Have strong negotiation and communication skills; 
• Knowledge of the English language (at least Level B2);
• Work autonomously and take responsibility for your decisions;
• Experience in account management business development or customer support will be a plus;
• Project management skills;
• Problem solving.
