ProSteer Group is looking for a talented, experienced and proactive Head of HR Department to join our team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HR and recruiting (IT preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a lead (head, director) in HR
- Experience in the development and implementation of new HR policies
- Skills and experience in employer branding
- Experience of personal and talent management
- Knowledge in staff planning and budgeting
- Experience in organizing events and parties (200+ people)
- Good communication and empathic skills
- Problem-solving and open-minded person
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to present these changes to employees in a proper way
- Strong leadership skills, autonomous and proactive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Be the manager and active participant of all HR and recruiting processes in the company
- Keep the course of the company for development, innovation, and effectiveness
- Renovate old and create new HR processes
- Create HR and recruiting goals, plans, and tasks
- Work with the motivation and reward systems
- Develop staffing plans, build HR budgets
- Solve conflict and complicated situations, hold one to one meetings
- Build career and personal development plans involving team leads
- Take part in HR branding
- Manage a team of recruiters and HR managers
- Initiate new activities and projects as a task owner
