Contact manager (Spanish)

ProSteer Group focuses on e-commerce, digital marketing, selling niche engineering equipment online and offline, IT projects, web design, hardware and software development. Currently, we are looking for a Contact Manager with the knowledge of Spanish to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customers' complaints and requests (via email, phone and chat)
• Help existing customers by providing them timely and accurate information about products (NOT cold calls)
• Deliver information about benefits of the products to turn customers into paid ones
• Informing clients about the status of their cases resolution upon request
• Identify and analyze issues and provide effective solutions

Required skills:

• Advanced level in spoken and written Spanish
• Intermediate or higher English level
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Multi-tasking abilities
