ProSteer Group focuses on e-commerce, digital marketing, selling niche engineering equipment online and offline, IT projects, web design, hardware and software development. Currently, we are looking for a Contact Manager with the knowledge of Spanish to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints and requests (via email, phone and chat)
- Help existing customers by providing them timely and accurate information about products (NOT cold calls)
- Deliver information about benefits of the products to turn customers into paid ones
- Informing clients about the status of their cases resolution upon request
- Identify and analyze issues and provide effective solutions
Required skills:
- Advanced level in spoken and written Spanish
- Intermediate or higher English level
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Multi-tasking abilities
