ProSteer Group is a team of professionals with a more than 15-year experience.
Our company hosts different teams that work on offering various web development solutions, graphic design and marketing solutions, international sales & e-commerce projects (software/hardware mobile servicing solutions, tools & equipment for electronics engineers, spare parts for cell phones and other electronic devices, automotive electronics, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience working in client technical support or service center
- Higher education degree (degree in engineering preferred)
- Basic knowledge of radio-frequency engineering, soldering equipment
- Advanced computer skills
- Analytical mindset
- Intermediate English (B1)
- Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, ability to handle stress
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of 1C
- Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Process orders
- Provide technical support to company employees
- Handle returns
