QA Lead (Junior Strong/Middle)

Technomatix is an IT product company that has been developing training software for its customers for over 18 years. Our specialization is the development and implementation of software for HR automation, knowledge and talent management, and the development of interactive training content.  We are looking for Junior QA Lead with a technical background and a desire to develop in the field of testing.

Needed Experience in: 

• Contribution to requirements analysis, improvement, and risks defining; 

• Test design and test cases preparation; 

• Cross-browser testing; 

• Manual test execution, bugs reporting, tracking, and root cause analysis;

• Results reporting and contribution to team’s process improvements;

• Perform functional/usability testing;

• Contribution to test approach according to project specifics; 

• Be able to perform test control activities;

• Knowledge and experience in Test Design, Test Case creation, Test Matrix; • API testing: Postman;

• Automation testing: Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber will be a plus;

• Load testing: JMeter or similar will be a plus;

• Work experience from 1 year. 

We are looking for somebody who: 

• Is able to lead a team of 4 testers;

• Is able to produce high quality test analysis;

• Is able to define and evaluate test management best practices;

• Is able to efficiently communicate, explain testing ideas, consistently “fight” for good things to happen and be introduced in relation to SDLC (be it new tools, new testing approaches, new techniques...);

• Is able to help people around to get things done;

• Is able to keep project documentation updated and light reporting;

• Is able to administering and configuring tools (Jira, Jenkins, Teams, Jira Service Desk, Confluence);

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;

• Strong ability to verify assignments and proactively propose improvements; • Ability to self sufficiently and proactively look for solutions;

• Has strong team Leadership and Management skills.

Working conditions for admission to the state:  

• Work in a convenient office on Podil, near the metro station Kontraktova Square (the very center of the city's youth life);

• Paid vacation (all as expected - 4 weeks);

• Standard 40-hour week (8 hours / 5 days a week);

• English lessons.
