Customer support (Romanian language)

Hi! In connection with the expansion we are looking for Customer support manager with Romanian language.

If you are :

• communicative and know how to win customer's trust;

• have high written and verbal communication skills;

• have level of Romanian - advanced or native;

• confident high PC user;

• speed typing;

• can work under pressure and don't lose the focus;

• have a diser to personal growth and developing;

You are the one who we need!

Your main responsibilities will be :

• online support provision (chat, business correspondence);

• communication with customers (chats, mails and so on);

• support and communication and service with issues for existing customers and new one.
