speaking clients around the world.

The office located in the center of Kyiv, in a walking distance from the metro station.

Our affiliation team is growing and we are looking for a talented member to join the family.

Job Description

You will be making research to spot new potential affiliate to work with

You will be responsible for growing the company's affiliate base with profitable affiliates

You will maintain close relationships with existing affiliates, guiding them to generate more sales

You will plan and execute strategies to cooperate with affiliates to strengthen the relationship between the company and them

You will implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity to create new opportunities

You will manage a portfolio of affiliates and monitor their performance based on profitability KPIs

You will create and follow affiliation reports to monitor affiliate performance

Job Requirements

At least 1 year in affiliate marketing or affiliate management preferable in an online company.

Strong communication skills in English are a must. Fluent speech and high-level writing. An advantage for those who have experience in content writing.

Strong understanding of the online marketing landscape

Solid understanding in the business aspect of the affiliate value proposition

Proven ability to motivate affiliates, competency to close agreements and turn these into long term relationship management

Good negotiation and sales skills and orientation to problem-solving

A highly motivated individual who has the ability to work independently, break processes to tasks,  create and manage assignments.

Advantages

Background in content writing

Proven experience working with project management tools: Asana, Jira, or similar

Familiarity with online marketing tools: Search console, Google analytics, Semrush or Moz

Expertise in Microsoft office particular in Excel and Word

Experience in Sales
