Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers to make our products easier to use.

Responsibilities:

- Drive documentation planning with engineering teams.

- Foster a documentation-minded culture among engineering teams and provide technical edits and direction to contributors.

- Work as part of a team to produce conceptual, how-to, and API reference documentation for Allset products.

- Organize and audit the documentation library to keep information relevant over time.

- Help promote company-wide knowledge sharing practices.

- Identify gaps in documentation and work with engineering teams to resolve them.

What you bring to Allset

- Excellent written skills in English.

- 3+ years of experience in technical writing.

- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.

- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.

- Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development.

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
