Requirements:

• 0,5+ year experience in Business Analysis
• General knowledge of business correspondence
• Skills in writing the project requirements (User Stories, Use Case Scenarios, 
• Software Requirements Specification)
• Understanding of web/mobile development process and technologies
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and searching skills
• English - Intermediate or higher

Wll Be A Plus:

• Work experience in data visualization and mockup building tools
• Work experience with English-speaking clients
• Acquaintance with the 'Software Requirements' by Karl Wiegers, Joy Beatty

Responsibilities:

• Business needs and goals elicitation (doing pre-sales analysis with the sales team)
• Gathering of the project requirements (RFP analysis, communication with the client, brainstorming, etc.)
• Project scope definition and creation of the Proposal for the client
• Creation of the project specification (documentation in Confluence, front-end and back-end tasks in JIRA)
• Mapping of the customer business processes and pain points determination
• Support of the development team during the whole project, comparison of the initial and current state, making the suggestions and plans for the further project stages
• Provision of the solutions that are focused on improving the efficiency of the business processes
