Accountant

We are a global financial institution which operates successfully in four countries that are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

We are currently looking to hire a Payments Specialist in our team!

The main responsibilites will include:

• Monitor all vendor platforms.
• Enter payments into database and update database timely to reflect payments/adjustments.
• Provide on time support to sales agents with various payment inquiries
• Manage the payment cycle including issuing payments and resolving exceptions using accepted payment methods while using the most cost-effective and efficient method.
• Promote cost-effective and efficient payment processes by educating and providing advice different departments in the company.
• Provide on demand, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly payment processing reports.
• Actively participating with suggestions and ideas for improving the payment channels.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by the management.
• Coordinate and resolve payment issues between departments.

Our requirements:

• 1 + years experience in accounts payable
• 1+ years experience in online payments
• Familiar with Visa and Master Card processing requirements and regulations
• Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational ability
• Basic knowledge of bank wire functions
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
